Who is responsible for your data
SI Estates operates this website and decides how personal data submitted through it is used (the "data controller").

What we collect when you send an enquiry
When you send an enquiry about a property, we collect the name, email address, telephone number (optional) and message you type into the form, together with the page you enquired from, the language you were reading in, and the date and time.
We also record that you ticked the consent box and the exact wording you agreed to, so that it is clear afterwards what you were told.
We do not store your IP address. A one-way cryptographic hash of it is stored instead, and is used only to limit repeated automated submissions. The address itself cannot be recovered from that hash.
Who receives your enquiry
Your enquiry is held by SI Estates, and a copy is also transmitted to thenls.com, the NLS network platform that SI Estates is a member of, where it appears in the SI Estates account. The copy includes your name, email address, telephone number, message, the language you used, the page you enquired from and the consent wording you accepted.
In plain terms: your details leave this website. SI Estates and the NLS platform both hold them. The operator of thenls.com acts as a processor for SI Estates: it handles these details only on SI Estates’ instructions, under a written agreement, and does not use them for its own purposes.
Who does NOT receive your details
Many properties shown here are listed by other agencies in the NLS network. When you enquire about one of those, the agency that listed it is NOT given your name or contact details. SI Estates replies to you.
WhatsApp buttons
The WhatsApp buttons simply open WhatsApp on your own device with a message prepared for you. Nothing is sent to us, and we receive no data at all, unless you choose to send that message. Once you do, WhatsApp processes it under its own privacy terms.
Website activity we share with the NLS network
The property search on this site reports activity to the NLS network platform: which properties were viewed, which searches were run, and that an enquiry was created for a given property reference. This is activity information about listings, not about you: your name, email address and telephone number are not included.
Cookies
On a normal visit this website sets one cookie: __cf_bm, placed by Cloudflare to tell real visitors from automated traffic and protect the site against abuse. It is strictly necessary for security and holds no personal information. The language of each page is set by its address, so no cookie is used to manage language. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking service on this website, and no cookie consent banner is currently in operation.
Enquiry notifications are sent by email to SI Estates through Google’s email service (Google Workspace / Gmail SMTP), so that your enquiry reaches a real person.
How long we keep your enquiry
Enquiries are deleted after 24 months without further contact. Until then they are kept so that SI Estates can help you and keep a record of the consent you gave.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask SI Estates for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to its use, or ask to receive it in a portable format. Because you gave consent, you can also withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawing it does not affect anything done beforehand.
Requests are handled by SI Estates directly, by contacting the address given above. Requests that concern the copy held on the NLS platform are passed on by SI Estates.
You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Features not in use
Saved searches and alert emails are not in operation on this website. If they are switched on later, this policy must be updated first to explain what they do.
